Nudes

Something has been happening to me this couple of months all the show I had they asked me not to showcase nudity in any level, is very understandable we do live in a society that has made the nude body a sight of evil or filth in other cases very private lonely matter not to be display in public. I do still find beauty in it and I love that it has that shock value in it and it does help me get my point across faster, if it offends then I accomplish the goal that I desired when I was making it but also the enjoyment that does bring to the people that do understand it and know the deeper meaning that goes beyond the painting.

The Decks

All my recent work has all been in skateboards I usually only do deck for charities and special events or friends only, so this was a first time to actually show them just for me this allowed a freedom to really just paint for paint sake and the outcome was something that I really enjoyed and it might effect my future work.

-Amazing Skateboard Chair by Tom Currie, I just stop by his studio to pick up some boards and we ended collaborating in his piece the outcome was really cool.
The first Deck I ever did was thanks to the Dallas Nomads' show "Art of  Skateboard", in this show I absolutely fell in love with decks after that and did other shows like "Boarded it up" and many other, This are a few of those pieces.

I also did some real cool commission pieces for friends of mine.

The Pin Show

For The Pin Show I had to get out of my studio away from canvas and go back to my roots the art of Graffiti, they ask me to compose a production and create the run way for the fashion show "Pin Show", this was no easy task as the time frame was very short and it would be painted on the floor, as I looked at the place I knew I needed some help so I call what I like to think as the best graffiti artists in Dallas: 'Saeb' Ray Albarez and Joe Skilz. Together we took the task and killed it and this is the outcome...
